This Luxury Kerala House is Designed Around 4 Courts (Home Tour).

- Sitting at the centre of Kerala’s beautiful landscapes in the upcoming residential zone of Perumpilavu near Thrissur, is a home that looks spacious yet intimate. The trees on-site are retained, and each space in this home looks out to the trees and the landscapes. With a massive 30,000 sq.ft. of land at disposal, the home is designed around 4 large indoor courts which also bring nature inside the luxurious spaces.
Natural light and ventilation are equally key elements in this home, participating in close tandem with minimal architectural elements and a natural palette of materials. The architect skilfully segregates spaces through materials, textures, and elements, rather than structural walls, to keep the home porous. The staircase in the centre divides the public zone from the private segment, without compromising on the porosity and access. Movement emerges as an important design principle.

This month i encounters amazing design from Instagram and trying to find kerala house in RUclips. And this is incredibly stunning. Since i live in Indonesia, the climate on kerala seems to be same in Indonesia and it's inspire me to look more kerala house design. Hoping that one day i can build my dream house 🙏✨

With some changes its definitely no luxurious no modern no rich look, very simple dream house with nice location, in rainy season what condition i don't know,
Small Kitchen, good car porch, good garden greenary, good plot size 0.7 acre around 3000+ square yards..

Project cost ?
land is 1 beegha..which itself is of 2-4 crores easily...and built up area is 7500 sq ft..so 1700*7500 + cost of swimming pool and trees. + furnishing cost...I would say easily 5+ crores
I checked out the detailed PDF.
Plot Area: 23,336 Sq.Ft.
Builtup Area: 7,500 Sq.Ft.
Project Budget: 5000 per Sq.Ft.
So, even if we take into account only Builtup Area. That alone would cost 3.75 Cr.+.
Whole project is definitely 5-6 Cr.+ May be even more.

I have seen some videos on this channel, so basically you go to village buy larger lands and build extra large rooms.
I am disappointed with this channel, they dont have designs for urban-suburban homes for around 400-500 yards, which is a around two standard plot size (like we can buy two plots and design a home).
But they are just building expensive farmshouses in rural areas.
People will argue as its not as these are not farmhouse its luxury, but whats the use of luxury, if u can’t live there for year long. Is this retirement homes??? Dont we have to go for work to earn truckload of money to waste on these luxury farmhouses.

I understand what you mean, but the title of the video clearly states 'luxury', buildofy has homes that are 890 sq ft that might suit you, if that's your preference. Chill and don't lose your cool because of a luxury home. 😊

The location..the locality…the residents around…all that matters…and cctv surveillance is common in houses in Kerala…it’s even there in my house
Theft is kinda rare in kerala compared to other states in india...and usually all houses like this have good cctv systems. And another thing is that if a good thief wanted to enter a house they can do it regardless of the way the house is build 😁.
If they can spend 6 to 7 crore on a house, which is a dead investment, I think they can spend 1 lakh for some cctvs.
